Brittany Brown
Brittany Brown brings almost a decade of insurance, claims, and risk management experience spanning both the carrier and corporate environments. Most recently, she served in Global Casualty Claims and Risk Management at Under Armour, where she managed complex claims and insurance matters across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, property, transit, and related exposures. In that role, Brittany has partnered closely with TPAs, carriers, brokers, defense counsel, HR, and business leaders to manage claims, evaluate exposure, identify trends, and improve risk outcomes.
In her last role, she developed and implemented a company wide return to work program from the ground up, creating standardized operating procedures adopted across distribution and retail operations nationwide. She also developed and delivered training for district managers to support implementation across the organization. The program contributed to a 47.5-day average reduction in lost time per claim, reflecting her focus on translating strategy into measurable business results. Prior to her corporate risk management experience, she worked in auto liability and bodily injury claims, managing high volume and complex commercial claims.
She is passionate about helping organizations make their claims programs more efficient, informed, and strategically aligned with their broader risk objectives. Originally from New York, Brittany is now based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Outside of work, she can be found chasing her toddler or on the beach catching waves and sunshine.
