Dr. Vince Staub is a risk management consultant, educator, and strategic leadership professional with extensive experience helping organizations strengthen resilience, reduce risk, and improve operational effectiveness. His work spans enterprise risk management, insurance, workplace safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and organizational leadership. 

Vince has developed and delivered professional training in cyber risk, workers’ compensation, loss control, and enterprise risk management, with a practical focus on helping leaders connect risk decisions to organizational strategy. He holds a master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and brings a cross-functional perspective that combines risk management, governance, operations, and leadership development.
