Ivan Bas, GSP is a safety and risk management professional with more than sixteen years of experience supporting large and complex multisite operations. His background includes more than eleven years leading environmental, health, and safety programs within the hospitality industry, along with recent experience supporting statewide utility operations across North Carolina and Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health, and his combined hospitality and field based utility experience gives him a strong understanding of operational exposures, loss drivers, and the practical controls that matter most to insurance clients.

Ivan brings proven leadership in hazard assessment, OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident investigation. He has conducted extensive risk assessments, performed detailed field audits, and led numerous investigations using formal root cause analysis methods. His work has strengthened safety culture, reduced claims, and improved operational reliability across diverse environments.
